Step 01
Carving the Block
Every motif begins as a hand-carved wooden block, shaped with remarkable precision by master artisans over 15-20 days.
Step 02
Preparing the Cotton
We select only long-staple premium cotton, washed and sun-bleached to ensure it absorbs natural dyes beautifully and stays soft for years.
Step 03
Blending Natural Colors
Colors from nature - Indigo (Neel) for blues, Turmeric (Haldi) for yellows, Madder Root (Manjistha) for reds. No chemicals, only tradition.
Step 04
Hand Printing, One Block at a Time
Patience over speed. Each color needs a separate block, aligned by eye. A single bed cover takes 4-6 hours to print by hand.
Step 05
Sun-Dried & Hand Finished
Printed fabrics dry under Jaipur sun, locking color naturally. Finally checked, washed, and hand-stitched - ensuring every piece carries its own unique character.
