Shipping & Delivery Policy

At House of Virasaat, every piece is made with love in Jaipur and packed with care.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
- Hand block printed products are quality-checked and packed after order confirmation.
- For COD orders, processing starts after a verification call/WhatsApp.

Timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Courier Partners
We ship via Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and other reputed partners. A tracking ID will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and pincode.
- Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹1999 (if applied).
- A COD Handling Fee of ₹99 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders (non-refundable).
5. COD Verification
For COD orders, we may call or WhatsApp you at 8796402366 for address verification to prevent RTO (Return to Origin). Failure to confirm within 24 hours may lead to auto-cancellation.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship across India only. For international inquiries, please contact houseofvirasaat@gmail.com — customs duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.
7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an AWB number. You can track your order on the courier's website or reply to our WhatsApp for updates.
8. Transit Damage
Please check your parcel for damage before accepting/paying (for COD orders). If the box is torn or crushed, refuse it or take a video while opening. Report any damage within 24 hours with photos/video to houseofvirasaat@gmail.com.
9. Undelivered / RTO
If the courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts, or the customer refuses COD, the order will return to us (RTO). For prepaid orders, the shipping fee is non-refundable in case of RTO. For COD RTO, future COD orders from that account may be blocked.
