Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Virasaat, every Jaipur hand block piece is quality-checked before it reaches you. We offer 7 Days Replacement only (no returns for like/dislike). We currently ship Pan India only.

1. Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day replacement from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags intact.

2. What's Eligible / Not Eligible?

Eligible for Replacement Not Eligible
• Wrong product / size delivered
• Manufacturing defect or transit damage 		• Colour variation due to natural dyes (indigo/madder) or screen — normal for handmade pieces
• Slight print misalignment — inherent to hand block printing
• Washed, worn, used, or tag-removed products
• Sale / custom orders
• After 7 days of delivery

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

IMPORTANT: Please make a full unboxing video from parcel opening till product check. This is mandatory for any claim of damage, defect, or wrong product. Claims without video will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Replacement

Email us at houseofvirasaat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, photos, and the unboxing video (for damage claims).

5. Important — Return Address Process

Do not ship anything without our approval. Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm and share the return/replacement address via email. Unapproved parcels will not be accepted.

6. Replacement Process

  1. Email us your request with Order ID, photos, and unboxing video (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review and confirm the return/replacement address via email.
  3. If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup where available; otherwise, you'll be asked to self-ship to the address shared via email.
  4. Once quality check is complete, your replacement will be dispatched.

Note: Only one replacement is allowed per order. If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued within 7–10 days to your original payment method.

7. Shipping Cost

  • Our mistake / defect / transit damage: We cover shipping both ways.
  • Size issue approved as an exception: Customer bears the shipping cost.
